Questions

  • We have ample bike parking on site, and we have nearby Lime bike stations.

    We love cycling and encourage all to do so if they can!

  • We are a 6 minute walk from Harlesden station (Bakerloo, Lioness lines) and a 12 minute walk from North Acton Station (Central Line)

    We love public transit and encourage all to do so if they can!

  • We have off street parking including disabled parking access for those that cannot cycle or take the tube.

  • Yes, we have changing rooms, showers, and Dyson hair dryers.

  • We will be running lots of tournaments throughout the year - keep an eye on our socials or events page for more details!

  • Yes, our pro-shop is stocked with top-of-the-range equipment from our sponsor Head.

  • Yes, we welcome small, well-behaved dogs.

Booking

  • All bookings are made through the Padel Mates app. Download, sign up, and find Racketeer to schedule your time on court.

  • Our 11 courts are available from 07:00 - 00:00, 7 days a week.

  • Weekdays:

    Off-peak is 09:00-17:00, 22:00-23:00.

    Peak is 07:00-09:00 and 17:00-22:00.

    Weekends:

    Off-peak is 07:00-08:00 and 20:00-22:00.

    Peak is 08:00-20:00.

  • Yes - see our memberships page.

  • No, we operate a pay-and-play model for anyone to come and play padel. You can book courts through Padel Mates for 7 courts up to 7 days in advance.

  • Yes - create an "open match" on the Padel Mates app so anyone can join, or join other open matches yourself.

  • Non-members can book 7 days in advance. Members can book 18 days in advance.

Coaching

  • Yes. We offer coaching with Will, Toby, and Vic. To book a private lesson, email acton@racketeer.club or contact us on WhatsApp at +44 7877 522188.

  • Yes. We offer complimentary rating sessions for members. Reach out to acton@racketeer.club to get booked into the next rating session.

  • Yes. Book our Intro to Padel classes on Padel Mates.

Equipment

  • Yes, you can hire padel rackets by speaking to our front desk or by adding rackets during your booking.

  • Yes. You can buy balls on Padel Mates before you arrive, or purchase them from our pro-shop.

  • No strict dress code. Most players wear their favorite sportswear. If you need a fresh kit or proper court shoes, visit our pro-shop for exclusive Head collection gear.

Wellness

  • We don’t offer a towel service, but a limited number of towels are available for purchase.
